All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Shiv Bhole Travel Mart.

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your reservation.

Full payment must be completed before the commencement of the travel services.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed.

Cancellations must be made in writing and received by us at least 30 days prior to departure for a partial refund.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 15 days of travel commencement.

In case of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events, alternative dates may be offered at our discretion.

Service charges and processing fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Travelers are responsible for maintaining valid identification documents throughout the journey.

Special permits required for Chardham Yatra must be arranged in advance.

Medical fitness certificates may be required for certain travel packages.

Failure to produce required documents may result in cancellation without refund.

Shiv Bhole Travel Mart acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers.

We are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses during the travel period.

Travelers are advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance.

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

Travelers must comply with all local laws and regulations during their journey.

Respect for religious sites, customs, and traditions is mandatory.

Any damage to property or vehicles will be the financial responsibility of the traveler.

We reserve the right to terminate services for misconduct without refund.

All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Shiv Bhole Travel Mart.

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

Travelers may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.

We accept payments through various methods including credit/debit cards, UPI, and bank transfers.

Additional bank charges may apply for certain payment methods.

Receipts and invoices will be provided for all transactions.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
